Birthday and More

Thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes!!! I felt so loved A coworker took me to lunch and we hung out, she even got me a gift! That was fun and then did a video chat with another friend I hadn't talked to in forever. Made a wonderful birthday.

Of course, because my birthday is at the end of the year its always a time for me to reflect and see where I want to be in the new year. Since i'm actually starting a new chapter of my life next year with moving into my first house and paying off my car, I want to put myself in a better state to be able to fully enjoy it. So I've been researching thought conditioning as well as motivational articles for where I am in life right now. The goal is to learn to be happy and content where I am in life right now so that I no longer want my deepest desire. This desire/dream I realize is toxic to me and I want 2016 to be the last year I'm sad and depressed over it. The thought conditioning helps me redirect the sad feelings into something more positive, and the articles give me goals to have to make the most of my new chapter. Also praying the desire away will go a long way too.

So that's one part of my 2017 transformation, the other being living a healthier lifestyle and learning to love the way I look (meaning getting rid of all my "granny" clothes lol). I've already started subscribing to a place to give me quick and easy healthy recipes so I can hopefully cook successfully lol.

But yeah, hoping that 2017 is a very happy and wonderful year!
